Is it normal to control your vision?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes—many people can deliberately unfocus their eyes, cross them, or shift what they’re paying attention to. You can’t usually control your eyesight itself, though, and sudden or involuntary vision changes are worth getting checked.
If by “control your vision” you mean making things go blurry on purpose, crossing your eyes, or choosing what to focus on, that’s a fairly common little trick. People vary in how easily they can do it, and it’s generally harmless if it’s comfortable and temporary.
You can steer your focus, but you can’t fully command how your eyes work. If your vision changes without you trying, doesn’t return to normal, or comes with pain, flashes, or a sudden loss of vision, get it checked.
