Is it normal to hate running?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes, it’s completely normal to hate running. Some people love the pace and headspace; others find it uncomfortable, boring, or just not their thing.
Running gets a lot of hype, but you don’t have to enjoy it—or force yourself to become a runner. The bouncing, getting out of breath, repetitive scenery, or feeling like exercise is a chore can make it genuinely miserable for plenty of people.
If you want to be active, there are lots of other ways to do it: walking, dancing, cycling, swimming, or whatever you’ll actually look forward to. Exercise doesn’t have to involve running shoes and grim determination.
