Yes. It’s very common for one breast to be a little larger or shaped differently than the other.
Breasts rarely come as a perfectly matched pair. Uneven size is especially common during puberty, and hormones can make your breasts change a bit over time, too.
If the difference is new and sudden, or comes with a lump, skin or nipple changes, or persistent pain, it’s worth getting checked. Otherwise, some unevenness is just normal variation.
