Is it normal to have yellow teeth?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes, yellowish teeth are common and don’t automatically mean your teeth are unhealthy. Natural tooth color and everyday staining from things like coffee or tea can make them look yellow.
Teeth naturally come in a range of shades, and the layer beneath the white enamel can give them a yellowish tint. Coffee, tea, smoking, and simply getting older can also add stains, so bright-white teeth aren’t the default for everyone.
If the color changed suddenly, is patchy, or comes with pain or sensitivity, it’s worth asking a dentist about it. Otherwise, a little yellow is usually just a normal tooth-color variation.
