Is it normal to laugh during meditation?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes, laughing during meditation is normal. Your mind can serve up something funny, or laughter can pop out as tension eases.
Meditation doesn’t switch off your brain’s sense of humor. A stray thought, a funny mental image, or simply relaxing can make you laugh—even when you’re trying to sit there looking serenely enlightened. Lots of people have unexpected reactions during meditation, including laughter, tears, or restlessness.
You can let the laugh pass and return to your breathing, or enjoy it and carry on. It doesn’t mean you’re doing meditation wrong.
