Is it normal to never puke?
Unusual.Less common, but harmless
It’s possible to go a very long time—or even your whole life—without puking, and that’s usually harmless. Never vomiting at all is less common, but it isn’t a problem by itself.
People vary in how easily they vomit, and plenty of stomach bugs or bouts of nausea never get that far. If you’ve simply never thrown up and otherwise feel fine, there’s no special need to make it happen or worry about it.
If you feel intensely nauseated and keep retching without being able to vomit, especially with severe pain or other worrying symptoms, get medical advice. But a lifetime puke-free streak on its own is just an unusual little body quirk.
