Is it normal to never sneeze?
Unusual.Less common, but harmless
It’s unusual to never sneeze, but some people sneeze very rarely and it’s usually harmless. If you otherwise feel well, you probably don’t need to worry about it.
Sneezing is a reflex that helps clear your nose, but people vary a lot in how easily it gets triggered. You might simply have few sneeze triggers, or not notice the occasional tiny sneeze. Some people also sneeze only in specific situations, like bright sunlight or exposure to dust.
Never sneezing is less common than sneezing now and then, but by itself it usually isn’t a problem. If you can breathe normally and don’t have other bothersome nose symptoms, there’s generally nothing you need to do.
