Is it normal to not cry very often?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes. People differ a lot in how often they cry, and crying less doesn’t mean you feel less deeply.
Some people cry easily; others rarely do, even when they’re sad or moved. Your temperament, upbringing, stress, and the way you process feelings can all play a part. There’s no required amount of crying to be emotionally healthy.
If not crying feels fine to you, it’s usually just your way of responding. If you’ve suddenly stopped feeling much of anything or it’s bothering you, that’s worth paying attention to—but not crying often by itself is normal.
