Is it normal to pee less when you sweat a lot?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes. When you sweat a lot, you lose more fluid, so your body may conserve water and you may pee less for a while.
That’s a normal response to heat or exercise: your body loses water through sweat, and your kidneys make less urine to hold on to what’s left. You may also notice your pee looks darker than usual.
Drink to thirst and take breaks from the heat. If you’re barely peeing even after drinking, or you feel faint, confused, or very unwell, get medical help.
