Is it normal to share deodorant?
Depends.It depends
It’s not unusual to share deodorant in a pinch, but plenty of people prefer not to. Spray deodorant is easier to share than a stick or roll-on, which touches skin.
Sharing deodorant happens, especially when someone’s forgotten theirs, but it’s also completely normal to find it a little too personal. A spray is generally the least awkward option because it doesn’t touch your skin directly.
Stick and roll-on deodorants can pick up skin cells and germs, so it’s better not to share them—especially if either person has irritated or broken skin. If you shared one once, though, there’s no need to panic; just make it a one-off if you’re not comfortable with it.
