Is it normal to sleep with your feet pointed?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes. Sleeping with your feet pointed is a normal, harmless way to rest, and plenty of people naturally settle into that position.
Your feet may point simply because that’s where they relax when you’re lying down, or because of your usual sleeping position or bedding. There’s no single “correct” way your feet should rest while you sleep.
If it’s comfortable and you can move your feet normally when you’re awake, there’s usually nothing to worry about. If the position comes with frequent painful cramps, numbness, or trouble flexing your feet, it’s worth getting checked out.
