Is it normal to smell during ovulation?
Mostly.Normal for most people
A mild change in vaginal scent around ovulation can be normal, partly because your discharge changes. A strong or unpleasant odor isn’t something to write off as ovulation, especially if you also have irritation or unusual discharge.
Around ovulation, hormonal changes can make your discharge wetter or different in texture, and your natural scent may shift a little too. A subtle, temporary change is common and doesn’t mean you’re unclean.
If the odor is strong or fishy, sticks around, or comes with itching, burning, pain, or unusual discharge, get it checked rather than assuming it’s just ovulation.
