Is it normal to sweat so much during pregnancy?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes—sweating more than usual is common during pregnancy. Hormone changes, increased blood flow, and your body working harder can all make you feel warmer.
Pregnancy can turn up your internal thermostat, so sweating more—sometimes even at night—is pretty common. Lightweight layers, breathable fabrics, cool drinks, and keeping your room comfortable may help.
If the sweating comes with a fever, feeling seriously unwell, or other symptoms that concern you, check in with your pregnancy care provider. Otherwise, extra sweat by itself is usually just one of pregnancy’s less glamorous perks.
