Is it normal to argue sometimes in a relationship?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes, it’s normal for couples to argue sometimes. What matters is whether you can disagree without fear, cruelty, or trying to control each other—and whether you can repair things afterward.
Even people who love each other have different needs, habits, and opinions, so some disagreements are part of being close. Plenty of couples argue now and then; it doesn’t automatically mean the relationship is in trouble.
The important part is how you argue. You should both be able to speak up, cool off, apologize when needed, and work toward a solution. If arguments involve threats, intimidation, control, or make you afraid, that’s more than ordinary conflict.
