Is it normal to hate being pregnant?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes. You can hate being pregnant—even if you wanted the pregnancy or already love your baby; the physical and emotional experience can be miserable.
Pregnancy can mean nausea, pain, exhaustion, anxiety, unwanted attention, and feeling like your body isn’t fully your own. You’re allowed to dislike all of that without it meaning you’ll be a bad parent or that you don’t care about your baby. Plenty of people feel this way, even if they don’t say it out loud.
