Is it normal to hate pregnancy?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes. You can hate being pregnant and still care deeply about your baby—or feel unsure about how you feel at all.
Pregnancy can be physically uncomfortable, emotionally intense, and full of changes you didn’t choose. Plenty of people dislike it, even if they’re happy about the baby or grateful to be pregnant. You’re allowed to feel that way; pregnancy isn’t automatically magical just because people sometimes talk about it like it is.
People’s feelings can also change from day to day, and hating the experience doesn’t make you a bad parent. If the feelings are overwhelming or you’re struggling to cope, it’s okay to tell someone you trust or bring it up with your pregnancy care provider—you don’t have to pretend it’s all glowing.
