Is it normal to have no discharge at all?
Depends.It depends
Having very little vaginal discharge—or not noticing any—can be normal, especially if you feel comfortable. If you also have dryness, pain, or irritation, it’s worth getting checked.
Discharge varies a lot from person to person and can change with your cycle, hormones, birth control, and age. Some people produce so little that they barely notice it, and that’s usually fine if there’s no discomfort.
If the lack of discharge comes with persistent vaginal dryness, itching, irritation, or pain during sex, check in with a healthcare professional; hormonal changes or other treatable causes may be involved.
