Is it normal to miss your childhood?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes, it’s completely normal to miss your childhood. You can miss parts of it without wishing you could go back or disliking your life now.
Childhood can feel simpler in hindsight: fewer responsibilities, familiar routines, and more time with people or places you miss. Your memory may also put a soft-focus filter on the good bits, which is a very human little trick.
Lots of people feel nostalgic for being a kid, especially during stressful changes or when they miss someone from that time. You can treasure those memories and still enjoy being an adult; missing the past doesn’t mean you’re doing the present wrong.
