Is it normal to never have sleep paralysis?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes. Plenty of people never experience sleep paralysis, and not having it is completely normal.
Sleep paralysis happens when your brain wakes up before your body has finished its temporary muscle “off switch” during sleep. Some people experience it once or occasionally; many never do at all.
You don’t need to have sleep paralysis for your sleep to be healthy, and there’s no reason to try to make it happen. If you’re sleeping well and feel okay during the day, this is a total non-issue.
