Is it normal to not feel anything when you kiss someone?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes. A kiss doesn’t always come with fireworks, and feeling little or nothing can be about the person, the moment, or your own level of attraction.
Kissing someone can feel surprisingly ordinary—even if you like them. Nerves, feeling distracted, not being comfortable yet, or simply not having much chemistry can all make a kiss fall flat. Lots of people don’t feel an instant spark, and some just don’t enjoy kissing much.
If it happens with one person, it may be a sign you’re not that into them, but it doesn’t prove anything by itself. Notice how you feel when you’re with them outside the kiss, and give yourself permission not to force more intimacy. You don’t owe anyone a spark.
