Is it normal to not like driving at night?
Mostly.Normal for most people
Yes. Plenty of people dislike driving at night because visibility is worse, headlights can be glaring, and it can feel more tiring or stressful than daytime driving.
Totally understandable: darkness makes it harder to see pedestrians, road signs, and hazards, while bright headlights can be distracting. If you’re tired or already a cautious driver, night driving can feel like a lot more work.
Some people don’t mind it; others plan errands for daylight or stick to familiar, well-lit routes. You don’t have to enjoy every kind of driving. If seeing at night has recently become unusually difficult, though, consider getting your vision checked.
