Is it normal to sleep with your parents at 13?
Depends.It depends
It can be normal, especially if it’s occasional, your family is short on space, or you’re looking for comfort. At 13, it’s also reasonable to want your own space and privacy.
Families handle sleeping arrangements differently, and sharing a bed with a parent isn’t automatically weird or a problem. It may happen because of travel, stress, cultural habits, or limited space; for many teenagers, though, having their own bed is more typical as they get older.
What matters is that you feel safe and comfortable and can say no or ask for more privacy without being pressured. If you’re uneasy about it, try talking with a trusted adult about another sleeping arrangement.
