Is it normal to sweat hours after working out?
Depends.It depends
Sweating for a while after a workout is normal, but sweating for hours after you’ve rested and cooled down is less typical. Heat, intense exercise, and your surroundings can all play a part.
Your body can stay warm for a while after a hard workout, especially if it’s hot or humid, you’re wearing heavy clothes, or you haven’t cooled down yet. Some people also naturally sweat more than others.
Try resting somewhere cool, changing into dry clothes, and drinking water. If this keeps happening even after you’ve cooled down—or comes with feeling faint, confused, very weak, or otherwise unwell—get medical advice.
