Is it normal to sweat this much?
Depends.It depends
Sweating more than other people can be normal, especially in heat, during exercise, or when you’re stressed. If it’s new, happens for no clear reason, or regularly gets in the way of daily life, it’s worth getting checked.
People vary a lot in how much they sweat, and heat, exercise, nerves, hormones, and some medications can all turn it up. Some people also sweat heavily even when they’re cool or relaxed; that can be a harmless condition called hyperhidrosis.
If you’ve always been a heavy sweater and otherwise feel fine, it may simply be how your body works. If the sweating has suddenly increased, soaks your clothes or sheets without an obvious reason, or is making everyday activities difficult, talk with a healthcare professional.
