Is it normal to be annoyed by most people?
It’s normal to feel irritated by people sometimes, especially when you’re stressed, tired, or need time alone. If nearly everyone gets on your nerves all the time, it may be a sign you’re running low on patience or personal space.
People can be irritating, and your tolerance tends to shrink when you’re tired, overwhelmed, stressed, or spending more time around others than you want. Some people also just need more quiet and alone time to feel like themselves again.
So, an occasional “why is everyone like this?” mood is very common. If it’s become your everyday setting, try noticing whether it tracks with stress, sleep, or feeling crowded—and give yourself a little breathing room where you can. It doesn’t mean you’re a bad person, or that everyone else is secretly unbearable.
