Is it normal to have no one to talk to?
Depends.It depends
Yes, it can happen, and you’re not the only person who feels this way. But feeling alone can hurt, and you deserve support and connection.
Lots of people go through stretches when they don’t feel they have anyone they can really talk to. It can happen after a move, a breakup, a life change, or simply when friendships drift. It doesn’t mean there’s something wrong with you—but it can still feel pretty heavy.
If you want, start small: message someone you used to enjoy talking with, spend time in a group or activity that interests you, or tell someone you trust that you’ve been feeling isolated. If this has been going on for a while, talking with a counselor or support service can also be a way to feel less alone.
