Is it normal to shower for 30 minutes?
Depends.It depends
A 30-minute shower is longer than many people need, but it’s not unusual or automatically a problem. If you enjoy taking your time and it isn’t causing practical issues, it’s fine.
Some people take longer showers because they’re washing their hair, shaving, unwinding, or simply losing track of time under warm water. Others are in and out in five minutes; shower routines vary a lot.
The main downsides are practical: long showers use more water, and hot water can leave your skin feeling dry or irritated. If that happens, try cooler water or shorter showers. Otherwise, thirty minutes is mostly a personal preference.
