Is it normal to tip Uber drivers?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes, it’s normal to tip Uber drivers, and many riders do. It’s appreciated but generally optional, so you don’t need to feel guilty if you don’t tip every ride.
In the US, tipping your Uber driver is common, especially for a helpful, friendly ride or when they handle luggage or tricky pickup conditions. You can tip in the app or with cash.
There’s no universal rule that you have to tip every time. If you’re happy with the ride, a tip is a nice gesture; if you don’t tip, you’re not breaking some secret rideshare law.
