Is it normal to weigh more after a workout?
Yep.Totally normal
Yes. It’s normal for your weight to be a little higher after a workout because of fluids, food, and temporary changes in your muscles.
A workout can make you lose water through sweat, but drinking during or afterward can temporarily put that weight back on—and then some. Your muscles may also hold onto extra fluid as they recover, especially after a tough or unfamiliar workout. Food and drinks in your stomach count on the scale, too.
Day-to-day weight shifts are common and don’t mean you gained body fat from exercising. If you’re tracking weight, compare measurements taken at a similar time and under similar conditions rather than reading much into one post-workout number.
