Is it normal to dislike humans?
Depends.It depends
It’s normal to feel fed up with people or to prefer plenty of time alone. Disliking everyone all the time is less common, but the feeling itself doesn’t make you a bad person.
People can be exhausting, selfish, loud, or just a lot to deal with—especially when you’re stressed or have been let down. Plenty of people have moments of thinking, “I’m done with humanity,” while still caring about a few people or enjoying company in the right dose.
It’s worth noticing whether this is a passing mood or whether it’s making you feel cut off from everyone and miserable. You don’t have to become a people person; a little space, clearer boundaries, and a few genuinely decent connections may be enough.
